1. Who Can Use Coldge

Coldge is intended for students and educators affiliated with educational institutions.

  • Users must register using a valid educational email address (e.g. .edu, .ac.ae, or equivalent).
  • Coldge is generally intended for users 18 years and older.
  • Users between 13 and 17 years old may use Coldge only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To maintain a safe environment:

  • Content may be reviewed and moderated by Coldge administrators and in-app moderators
  • Group chats may have user-assigned administrators
  • Users can report chats, files and events
  • Users can block other users
  • Content that violates policies or laws may be removed

  • We use trusted third-party service providers to host data, deliver notifications, facilitate voice calls, and provide analytics and diagnostics.
  • These providers process data only on our behalf, under our instructions, and are required to protect your information.
