Coldge is intended for students and educators affiliated with educational institutions.

• You must register using a valid educational email address
• You must be at least 13 years old
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Post illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use Coldge for spam, advertising, or scams
• Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or share on Coldge.

By submitting content, you grant Coldge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the content you post.

5. Messaging, Calls & Storage

• Messages are not end-to-end encrypted
• Voice calls are processed in real-time and are not recorded
• Messages and content are stored securely
• Coldge is not responsible for content shared between users
• You understand that communications may be stored and processed as part of providing the Service.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, Coldge may:

• Review, moderate, or remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict features or access

These actions may be taken with or without prior notice.

7. Reporting & Blocking

Users may report content or block other users. Reports are reviewed at Coldge’s discretion and actions may be taken where appropriate.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the Service
• Create legal or security risk

Termination may result in loss of access to content.

9. Availability & Changes

Coldge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldge is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of Coldge after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
